Johnny Mac Tennis Project / fundraiser productionProblem
A nonprofit's fundraisers needed the same production standard as the brand. The Johnny Mac Tennis Project is SPORTIME's nonprofit. Its fundraisers needed real photography, video, and on-the-ground event support, not brand-system work.
This was a different job from the rest of the SPORTIME role: capture live events well, turn them around clean, and help run the production itself.
System
Hands-on event production and post. Photo and video shoots at the fundraisers, retouching and edit in post, event graphics, and event management on the day.
Where the rest of the SPORTIME work was brand and content systems, this was craft and logistics: shoot it, finish it, run it.
Event graphics + pre-pro
Set up the look.
→Photo / video shoots
Capture the day.
→Retouching + edit
Finish it clean.
→Event management
Run it on-site.
Decisions
Three principles shaped it.
Production quality for the nonprofit
The fundraisers got the same production standard as the parent brand.
Own it end to end
Shoot, retouch, edit, and help run the event, so creative and logistics stayed in one set of hands.
Shoot wide, finish tight
Capture everything live, then retouch and cut down to the strongest, finished set.
Output

Event photography

Selected event work.
Proof
Reflection
JMTP is the production-and-craft proof inside the SPORTIME years, the hands-on counterpart to the brand-system work. Same standard, different muscle: capture a live moment well and finish it clean.
