Marketing a $55M facility expansion from day one so no new court sat empty on opening day.

The John McEnroe Tennis Academy is the flagship youth tennis development program operated in partnership with SPORTIME, supporting competitive player development from beginner to elite junior level across multiple New York locations. A $55M facility expansion across Long Island and New York City brought a significant marketing opportunity with it.

A facility of that size and stature needed marketing materials that could match its ambition, drive enrollment from day one, and hold up next to one of tennis’s most iconic names. The launch window was fixed, and the materials had to be ready before the doors opened.

Challenge

A $55M facility expansion across 2 campuses needed a full suite of marketing materials ready before opening day to drive immediate enrollment and ensure new court capacity was monetized from launch.

Solution

A comprehensive range of print and digital assets was produced, including event graphics, Team Cup promotional materials, seasonal campaign visuals, and co-branded SPORTIME and JMTA collateral, delivered across print vendors, social platforms, and internal communications simultaneously.

Result

Marketing materials were delivered ahead of the facility opening, enabling immediate monetization of new capacity from day one and supporting enrollment momentum across both the Long Island and New York City campuses.
