RESEARCH

Audited SPORTIME's existing social presence, which had grown by only 2,074 net followers in 2022 and posted at a low cadence. Identified a video-first content gap and misalignment between brand tone and the club's diverse, multigenerational audience. Benchmarked competitor positioning across tennis and sports lifestyle brands to inform a revised strategy.

DESIGN

Developed a full suite of marketing collateral spanning event flyers, tournament promotions, summer camp maps, and partner activation assets. Built cohesive visual templates that scaled across multiple club locations while maintaining consistent brand standards. Directed and shot event photography across pickleball clinics, tennis tournaments, and seasonal campaigns for social and editorial use.

DEVELOPMENT

Engineered a content strategy overhaul centered on video-first publishing and data-driven audience targeting across all social channels. Built an integrated marketing calendar syncing club events with organic and paid social cadences to maximize reach. Established monthly reporting frameworks to track impressions, engagement rate, and audience growth for leadership review.

CONCEPT

Positioned SPORTIME as a community-first sports brand rather than an elite-only club, widening the appeal to recreational players, families, and new-to-sport audiences. The content philosophy centered on showing real people in real moments, breaking from polished stock imagery. This shift drove nearly 40,000 net new followers in a single year and nearly doubled impressions from under 6M to over 10M.
