The Ninth, the appCLOUD9 MEMBERSHIP OS
The daily home for the fandom, mobile-first. The job of the product is to give a fan a reason to open it on a dead Tuesday, not only on match day. Every surface feeds one loop: watch, predict, belong, climb. The member card is the live status object at the center of it.
Information architecture
Research-informed additions. Predict (free-to-play points, never money) is the proven repeat-engagement driver and it feeds the climb instead of a casino. Community is the native version of where esports fandom already lives: watch-party rooms and clip sharing, with tier roles beside names. Both were thin in the first plan and are now first-class surfaces.

The six hero screens carry the story. A shippable product needs the account, settings, and system screens too. Four of these are strategy, not hygiene. Personalization feeds the clipper's relevance. Easy cancel and calm notifications are the brand applied to the screens most apps make hostile. And the AI transparency screen turns the trust positioning into a visible feature.

Hygiene
No dark patterns. Leaving is one tap, and you keep what you paid for.
Strategy, not hygiene
Calm by default. We only buzz when it matters.
Strategy, not hygiene
A moment fires when three live signals agree, then it auto-clips. A human on the team reviews before it goes out.
Used: public match data, your team and player picks, your in-app activity. Never used: your messages, and we never sell it.

The daily-return loop
Match day: Home surfaces the live game, one-tap co-watch, a free prediction, and the watch room. Dead Tuesday: the same shell swaps to your player's auto-clipped highlights, an open prediction market on the next match, a community clip worth watching, and a quest that nudges your climb. The card is always one tap away, always showing the next rung. Nothing here asks the fan to spend to feel status. The climb is earned, which is the whole brand.
The Ninth is a speculative concept anchored to Cloud9 for portfolio purposes. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloud9. Rosters and matchups shown are illustrative. The AI moment-alert behavior reflects real 2026 auto-highlight methods (event-signal, audio, and chat-spike detection), framed as near-term. No figure or outcome here describes Pratik Mehta's own results.
